Sebastian is an accomplished construction and development professional with over seven years of experience shaping South Florida’s luxury real estate landscape. In his current role at Coastland Residential, he leads cross-functional teams through planning, architecture, engineering, and construction phases to ensure seamless execution from concept to completion. Sebastian’s strategic oversight of entitlement processes and site planning is instrumental in securing zoning and site-plan approvals for complex developments. Upon successful project delivery, Sebastian also manages the transition from operations to asset management.
Prior to joining Coastland, Sebastian held key roles as a Construction Manager for luxury condo and multifamily developments throughout South Florida. Notably, Sebastian managed ground up construction for One Brickell Residences (506 BTR units: valued at $180 million in hard costs) and Baccarat Residences (352 condo units: valued at $328 million in hard costs).
Sebastian holds a B.S. in Construction Management and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from Florida International University, magna cum laude. He is also a state of Florida certified General Contractor.
