Kayla brings a strong creative presence to Coastland’s marketing team, contributing to brand development and campaign execution across the portfolio. From shaping design aesthetics, creating marketing collateral, managing digital content and social media, she helps ensure each project reflects a cohesive and compelling brand voice. Her work spans from helping shape branding concepts for new developments, overseeing website content, designing signage, planning promotional events, collaborating closely with property management teams to maintain consistency across all developments, and tracking data analytics during lease-up.
Prior to joining Coastland, Kayla worked in real estate marketing and staging, specializing in luxury homes, apartments, and condominiums for Compass Inc., in Florida. She contributed to the marketing efforts behind numerous sales, including one of the team’s most notable transaction, a luxury home for $21 million. Along with other multi-million dollar sales, her assistance in marketing helped the team achieve over $200 million in sales during a two-year period in Miami’s competitive real estate market.
Kayla holds a B.S. in Creative Advertising and a minor in Art from University of Miami, Cum Laude.
