Throughout her tenure working at Coastland and its affiliates, Karen has overseen various departments including design, marketing and asset management.
Over the past 15 years, Karen has played a pivotal role in branding, design development and interior design for Coastland, overseeing numerous projects in excess of $200 million. In her role, she quarterbacked Coastlands’ coordination with architects, engineers, designers and other consultants to create developments that are both functional and uniquely aesthetic. Karen’s approach of integrating marketing and design has resulted in communities offering distinct lifestyles.
Since 2020, Karen has been directly responsible for the asset management of over $150 million of Coastland’s portfolio, including business plan development and implementation, budgeting and lease ups.
As a Co-founder of Host A Hero Karen dedicates her time to supporting our nation’s active-duty special forces families.
