As a seasoned real estate professional, Anthony has over three decades of experience in market analysis, joint ventures, land acquisition, entitlements and asset management. At Coastland Residential, he oversees operations and spearheads acquisitions, site planning for all Coastland projects.
With a proven track record of success in investment fund acquisition and asset management, David has over 10 years of experience in acquiring, financing and managing opportunistic real estate in the U.S. and E.U. At Coastland, David is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring and financing Coastland real estate projects.
With more than 20 years of international real estate experience, Leonardo specializes in the identification, acquisition, development and repositioning of real estate assets. At Coastland, Leo is responsible for site planning, entitlements, construction and development for real estate projects.
Anthony Seijas is a founder and Principal at Coastland Residential. As a real estate professional with over three decades of experience, Anthony oversees operations, spearheads acquisitions and executes site planning for all Coastland projects. His expertise includes market analysis, joint ventures, land acquisition, entitlements and asset management.
From 1999 – 2008, Anthony directed the Southeast Florida region for Lennar Corporation, one of the top residential developers in the United States, where he was responsible for overseeing the construction and sale of over 2,500 homes with $600 million in annual revenues. Afterward, Anthony was selected by Lennar’s executive chairman to help build a new subsidiary, Rialto Capital. Between 2008 and 2018 he was the Managing Director of the company, leading a 75-person team responsible for over $2.5 billion in commercial and residential real estate. Assets under management included retail, office, industrial, multifamily, land and residential properties nationwide.
In 2014, Anthony helped launch Rialto Developer Capital (RDC), which specifically focused on opportunistically providing liquidity to best-in-class residential developers and builders. RDC invested in 19 transactions, totaling over 4,800 lots, with approximately $240 million of committed capital.
Anthony graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He is also a member of the Builders Association of South Florida and the Urban Land Institute.
A founder and Partner at Coastland Residential, Alejandro Rodriguez is a second-generation builder and driven entrepreneur. He oversees operations and spearheads construction and development for all Coastland projects.
In 2001, he established Coastland Construction, a successful general contracting and construction management company in South Florida that builds commercial and residential projects. Under his direction, Coastland Construction expanded its scope: the company is currently licensed as a General Contractor, Roofing Contractor and Underground Utilities Contractor. An airplane pilot who holds a Commercial Pilot’s License, Alejandro also developed aviation projects, broadening Coastland Construction’s capabilities. Alejandro has invested in and developed over $225 million in 12 projects in the last 15 years, consisting of multifamily, townhomes, office buildings and aircraft hangar facilities.
From 1992 – 2002, he was Vice President and Co-Owner of Rovel Construction, which specialized in commercial, industrial and healthcare projects. He began his career in 1988, working summers at his father’s construction company.
A real estate professional with a proven track record of success in investment fund acquisition and asset management, David Ittilucksatit serves as Vice President of Acquisitions at Coastland Residential.
Prior to joining Coastland, David served as a Vice President of Altis Cardinal, a real estate multifamily development firm, where he focused on the acquisition of opportunistic real estate investments. Before joining Altis Cardinal, David co-founded Darkwolf Capital, a real estate investment and management firm based in Madrid, Spain, and served as Managing Partner. He was responsible for all aspects of the operating business, with a primary focus on acquisitions and capital markets.
David also served at Rialto Capital for seven years, most recently as Vice President of Real Estate, managing $400 million in the Western U.S. Prior to that, David spearheaded and oversaw the creation of Rialto’s first international office, located in Madrid, overseeing a 12-person team managing €250 million. Throughout his tenure, he was responsible for underwriting, financing, acquiring, managing and disposing of value-add real estate and real estate debt totaling over $2.1 billion in the U.S. and Spain. David holds a B.S in finance from the University of Florida, cum laude.
Leonardo Ambard is Vice President of Development at Coastland Residential. With more than 20 years of international real estate experience, Leonardo specializes in the identification, acquisition, development and repositioning of real estate assets. Knowledgeable in all aspects of the development project management process, Leonardo has partnered with national and international developers and investors.
From 2008 – 2020, Leonardo was the owner and director of E&A Property, where he developed strong relationships with the best available team of professionals in South Florida. Previous to founding his own company, he worked for five years as the Vice President of Real Estate Development for Concalpro Group Corp.
He holds a degree in architecture and a master’s in construction economics and management from the Bartlett School at University College London, U.K.
